VACCINATIONS and DOG LICENSE
It is the policy of Canine Training Solutions, LLC that all dogs must be fully vaccinated and
have a current vaccination and rabies certificate from your veterinarian including a current
dog license before your dog can participate in group training class.
Please Note: Please bring a copy of the vaccination certificate with you on your first group
class. If you are taking private lessons please have a copy to give the instructor. The copy
will be retained in our file. If you are taking a group class please make sure you have a
current dog licence either on your person or on your dog.
